The process includes a GD being held first and then an Extempore & Interview.

Group Discussion

The GD topics being asked to different batches are a good mix of general and economics oriented.

The GD lasts for 12-15 minutes and the number of participants in the GD is 12-14.  The panel of moderators comprised 5 members. The topic for the GD is decided through a lottery system wherein one candidate is asked to pick up the chit. The seating arrangement is circular.

Before GD starts, the panel announces the instructions to follow during the GD process. The instructions are about time i.e. 1 min is given to think followed by 11-14 minutes for discussion.
